While others were out there experiencing vibrant cultures, new languages, and exquisite cuisine you chose the most expensive city in the world solely because they kind of speak the same language as you. You sacrificed experiencing something new for something kind of different, even though you could've gotten English with a different accent in Wisconsin. You couldn't even bring yourself to go to Australia, where they still speak English but at least have sunshine and beaches.
